This is my third pair of LEMS shoes in the last couple months since discovering them in February. Previously bought the trail thrasher and primal 3 but wanted something I could wear to my casual work office. The chillums did not disappoint. Fit just as comfortably as the primals, but have a more "normal" shoe appearance so they don't stand out as much.

Love these shoes. My second pair. Nice clean look. Comfy without being bulky or cushy. Low profile sole has just the right blend between cusion and ground feel. Natural foot shape lets the foot bones spread out like they should. I bought my first pair three years ago and walked hundreds of miles in them before i finally had to retire them. I hope Lems is still making them i have to retire this pair.

These shoes have a minimal cork sole, which provides adequate comfort when walking. The canvas upper is very durable. This is typical of all my Lems Shoes.

Imagine that your favorite boot (the Boulder Boot, obviously) went to the salon, got a drastic cut, and came out looking as fab as ever. That’s the Chillum. Like the Boulder Boot, the Chillum is a lightweight, zero-drop shoe with the same wide toe box and flexibility you love.

Most of the colorways feature canvas in the front and wool in the back (Vanilla does not include wool). Varsity Blue, Spruce, and Vanilla incorporate a slick suede accent that lines the outsole, whereas Blackjack is lined with a vegan microfiber for those of you looking for more of an earth-friendly option. Like the Boulder Boot Mid, we incorporated a cork layer footbed that you can remove for extra wiggle room, or leave as is if you fancy a little more cushioning!
