I’ve got a few pairs of lens and these are by far my favorite. I would recommend sizing up a half size but I do that for Lems in general so no change there. The shoe is very comfortable and breathable with the mesh-like upper but is thick enough to feel supportive on the upper foot. The heel feels very locked in as well making this fine for trails and city streets. They have decent cushion for a 0 drop and low height shoe. I use a different insole for extra cushion. Over all one of my favorite shoes that I have bought. Great blue and orange color too by the way, I have had several compliments on the shoes.
