Comfortably right out of the box. Usually need arch support, but since my foot had enough room for my toes to splay, the included cork insole works just fine.

I Love Lems

I am an active 73 year old with arthritis and buunions. When a flare-up last year made me search for new shoes I tried Lems, and I have been hooked ever since. I now own several pairs. Awesome Shoes

Some of the best shoes I have ever owned, I have a really messed up set of feet and a really screwed up right ankle. I can actually wear these shoes with no brace and I hardly have any pain or discomfort. I do think they run a little bit small and had to go to a size up, probably because of my freaky second long toes. God has an interesting sense of humor.

Very comfortable. I take a size 10 in women’s medium width but in these shoes that size was too short and too narrow. I’m impressed about how quickly I get the shoes and the return was so easy.
